Biography
Nimish Patel, MD is the co-founder and partner of Carolina Medical Partners. He completed his residency in Family Medicine at the JFK Medical Center in Edison, NJ – affiliated with Robert Wood Johnson University (UMDNJ).
Dr. Nimish Patel earned his medical degree from Grant Medical College in Mumbai, India. He completed his residency in Ophthalmology at KEM Hospital and practiced there in his early career prior to moving to the U.S. in 1998. Once abroad, he practiced primary care medicine in Phillipsburg, Elizabeth and Plainfield, NJ and moved to Charlotte, NC in 2009. He is a licensed physician and has practiced medicine in the United States for over 15 years. His philosophy is to provide the highest quality of care while treating patients with respect. He is also certified in Medical Esthetics.
Dr. Nimish Patel specializes in Primary Care, Geriatric Care and Hospice Care. He is currently the director of Kindred Hospice & Home Health, and is affiliated with multiple Assisted Living Nursing Homes and a sub-acute rehab facility in the Charlotte, Tega Cay and Rock Hill areas. He is also a clinical faculty member at VCOM, an osteopathic medical school that precepts PA, NP and DO students from various graduate schools.
